Debra K. Loner Rishel

 Debra K. (Loner) Rishel, 62, of 1201 Rural Ave., Williamsport, PA passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at UPMC- Williamsport, Williamsport, PA.

    Born in Williamsport, PA on September 23, 1961 she was the daughter of the late Lester Loner and Patricia (Welteroth) Loner of South Williamsport, PA.

     She enjoyed demolition derby events and watching game shows.  However, her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

     Along with her mother she is survived by her four children, Nicole Day (John Winkelman) of Gillett, PA, Samantha Rishel (Jamie Shortledge) of Jersey Shore, PA, Hayes Rishel, Jr. (Kendra Lynch) of Mill Hall, PA and Joshua (Marcie) Loner of Avis, PA, 2 brothers Bruce (Barbara) Loner of South Williamsport and Lester (Patty) Loner of Williamsport, PA and 5 grandchildren.

     A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the Wayne P. Urbine Funeral Home, Inc. (d/b/a Cremation Society of North Central Pennsylvania) 408 South Main St. Jersey Shore, PA (Parking area is located behind the funeral home along Cherry Alley) with Fr. Bert Kozen officiating.  A visitation will be held in the funeral home on Monday from 12:00 Noon until time of the service.  Private Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. www.urbinefuneralhome.com
