Richard C. Herman, 87, of 531 Pine Loganton Rd., Loganton, PA passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, August 17, 2025.
Born in Loganton, PA on October 9, 1937 he was the son of the late Theodore Sr. and Hazel (Cashner) Herman.
He retired as a laborer from the former International Paper Co., Lock Haven PA.
Richard also retired from the United States Army National Guard serving for over 25 years.
He is survived by a daughter Kim Herman (John Miller) of Lamar, PA, two sisters, Esther Grieb (Leon) of Suffield CT and Tawilla Martin of Lock Haven, PA, two granddaughters Tasha Stiver and Heidi Keene (Robert) and three great grandchildren Haylee, Brantley and Isabella.
Along with his parents he was predeceased by a brother Theodore Herman, Jr..
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Final Interment will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park, Woolrich, PA. Memorials may be made in Richard’s name to the charity of one’s choice.
